What is included in the 30-day free trial?
With the free trial you can test the tool without any restrictions within the Basic Plan.
Is there any permanence in the contract?
No. nixi1 operates as a software service (SaaS) and is charged monthly according to usage, without any permanence. At any time you can request cancellation of the service without penalty.
Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan whenever you want and need to. Pricing will be prorated according to the month and time of use of one plan or another.

Do I need to leave credit card details to test the tool?
Yes, in order to reply to messages during your free trial month, you will need to leave your credit card details. At the end of the trial month and if you decide not to continue using the tool, you will only be charged - if any - for the cost of the messages sent and received.
Which channels can I activate with the Basic Plan?
Our Basic Plan allows you to create all the channels we have integrated: whatsapp, Facebook, Telegram, SMS and Apps (and soon, web chat too).
Is there a limit to the number of messages I can send?
There are no limits. Remember that there is a charge of €0.001 per message sent or received (or in other words, every 1,000 messages = €1).
Is the configuration of the tool included in the tariffs?
In any plan you choose, the assistance of one of our specialists for the initial configuration of the tool is included. On the same day of your registration, we will offer you the option to schedule a 1-hour call to receive support from our agents.
